Hp Designjet 111 - (how To Refill The Refillable Cart ? )

Hi!
i was wondering should i take the ink cartridges out of the printer (after shutting it down) or while its still on and refill while cartridges are plugged in the plotter ?
Any help would be highly appreciated.

Take the cartridges out in the normal way. Just follow the directions for changing cartridges. The print head may return to the parked position while you are refilling, but if that happens, just close and open the printer again.
