Epson R3000 refillable cartridges in Europe: Where?!?

Hello everyone.
After literally years of lurking this is my first post hoping to find some good soul who can help me.

I am about to buy a used R3000 and I am looking to buy a set of refillable cartridges and inks.
Regarding the inks I am pretty much covered; but I am struggling to find a reliable supplier for the cartridges here in Europe.
Could someone point me to the right direction?

OCP Inks should works fine for the R3000

but instead buying OCP Magenta and Light Magenta it is offten suggested using Original Epson 4880 Cartiges
T6066 and T6063 they contain 220ml and retail for about 75 BUT
you could get expired inks from 25~40 on ebay
even for 75 220ml that 34 -Cent per Mililitre the "original" prices for R3000 is twice as much

so is a mixture of OCP Inks and VM VLM OEM with refilable cartriges

the Epson R3000 uses Ultrachrome K3 Inks with Vivid Magenta and Vivid Light Magenta

but be aware that the delivery takes rather a long shipping time. most of the sellers offer dhl express for addition cost.

Two more questions:
Are the refillable cartridges sold by Octopus and Aliexpress the same ones the user Pharmacist talked about in an earlier thread?
What if I go with the expired 4880 cartridges solution for the WHOLE colours? Would I risk finding some dud and eventually ruin the printheads?
