electrical problem canon ip4500

what have happened with my old ip4500?? i dont know! I bought a new printhead because i thought the old one had an electrical problem. but it was not the solution. I could not reach the solution because the printer do like is going to print but no drop comes out from the print head. the print head moves like is printing but no drop comes out! Strange, isn't it?

is there any solution for this machine or better i throw it to the garbage??
