If you buy from china make sure to buy from factories direct outlets etc. Not from individuals. That minimizes the risk. Read reviews on aliexpress etc. Always ask question before ordering. Buy one sample to test the quality before ordering many items.

I buy all my stuff from ebay, aliexpress and some other stores. Almost nothing is available in my country at decent prices or the stuff I need ! And that's not printer stuff only, I mean items like tooling for lathe etc. You can get everything from ebay, aliexpress. Some items if I need quality I search for ebay.de for obvious reasons.
