Canon pro9000, long way to fix it

Now I have new problem. After 1 month of using an other error came. Error 5110, 11 orange then green flashing during turn on process.
Every 3, or 5 times I can print, it's working, but I'm afraid if I can't solve, soon I will have an other problem.
Without the cover I can see, that it stops when it starts to handle the purge unit. I had spare logic board and purge unit. I changed them, but I still get error 5110.
What do you think, what's the problem?
