Hi!
The error in subject come up after trying to fix the "Wrong Cartridge" error (that I have seen many posts about in another thread)
I removed the cartridge, cleaned it, cleaned the contacts, etc. But the
error kept showing up.
I repeat the same process a few times, tried to put in the cartridge
without some of the tanks. After one of these tries, instead of the
dreaded error message it asked to "press [OK] to realign the printer heads".
Victory, I tought! But, whenever I press OK, it says "cannot use cassette
set paper in asf". I tried removing and reinserting the cassette, putting
some sheet in the back loader, etc. to no avail.
Not being able to start / complete the alignment procedure, the error led continue to flash and the printer won't print anything.
If I turn off and on again, the "Wrong Cartridge" appears again.
Any further hint / thing to try?
