canon ip5000 flashes 14 times

Hi,

When I turn on the ip5000, it flashes 14 times or maybe 15 times if I count the last one where it stays on solid.
It does nothing else. What could be wrong?

According to manual 14 times means Paper feed cam sensor error, 6B10, and 15 times USB Host VBUS overcurrent, 9000.
