Hi all, I wonder if anyone can help me, I have just come back from being away for 3months and went to use my printer and did a nozzle check and it prints this:

(Can't actually post photo... but .....)

There is no 2nd and 3rd faded cyan and magenta lines (the yellow prints fine), does it just need new cartridges or is there something actaully wrong with it?

thanks

Have you tried running the Cleaning process? You may have to do it a couple times.

It seems to me the channels for missing colors are clogged.

You may try some gentle methods to unclog, like dripping cleaning solution on mesh screens and leaving the printhead over night on a paper towel soaked in cleaning solution.
