Canon Imageprograf W6200 print head error?

I'm having a problem with my Canon Imageprograf W6200. I've bought a new print head, but it still gives the error message in the print window/display "print head error". What am I doing wrong, if anything & how can I remedy the problem?

Could be a faulty printhead although if that was the reason you decided to get a new printhead then I would be looking at connections in the printer.
