Epson 1500W using OEM ink AFTER non OEM

Hi, Is it possible to use OEM ink after non OEM. The printer has been used with Non OEM and i'd like to use OEM. Can you just install the OEM and use or do you need to clear the lines properly, and if so how? Many thanks in advance
