Hi folks! Well, here we go again, after one year it happened again and this time it seams there's no cure. The photo magenta nozzle is clogged, 50% of it, it is very visable on the prints. I have tried soaking it whole day and nothing.
It broke down on me when i needed it the most. I was lucky...

I've soaked the head whole day, even changed the water/detergent few times (replacing cold with hot water).
I did not use windex or fairy, i used Čarli, the one detergent that my wife uses for washing dishes, i assume it is all in the same ballpark with popular...
So it happened to me too, wierd looking prints, than a nozzle check and it shows a clogged yellow. Tried a cleaning and than a deep cleaning cycle, twice and nothing.
The inks are from precisioncolors and i have replaced the oem yellow cart with cli8 with swaped chip.
What do you suggest i do...
A little update.. I finally refilled my carts!!! :celebrate I decided on the top fill method, it went great. Removing the little ball was super easy, filling the carts with Precision Colors kit was again super easy. Only used a few tissues to wipe the needle after use and that's it.
I just got my Precision Colors refill set (thnx guys!). As a trial i have refilled one black ink cart, removed the little ball and refilled from the top. Have made quite a bit of ink mess in the process (all my fault, bad preparation) but i think i will continue to refill with german method...
