z3100 cannot load paper

Hello!,

I'm having trouble load a papel roll in my Z3100. It starts feeding, and after 3 tries the printer always blurbs a "paper too far from the blue line" message. Any pointers?

Look for the blue line on the printer and make sure your paper is loaded aligned with the blue line.
