Nice try George, but the darn thing is still whacko.
I just bid $20 but the next current bid is showing as $15.50..

That is how it's supposed to work, Brian. It bids for you in increments until it reaches your maximum bid.

My bid is 21. If you bid 22 it will show you 21.25 and will remain at that until someone bids higher than that.

The bidding worked OK for me (3 bids - see history).

I can't remember if I set the reserve at $20 or $50 but the system doesn't show me what it is. I'm going to jack the price up above $50 and see if the "Reserve price not met" indication goes away.

So I guess I set the reserve at $50 and it has now gone away. I used the moderator account to bid $55 and then used my account to bid the same price so if two people bid the same highest price, the first one wins, which is good.

Another feature I tested is if you are the highest bidder, the system shows you your max bid and it also allows you to increase it.

So I'm wondering if there are any outstanding issues besides being able to close and reopen a listing and being able to post a third listing when you have two closed ones and since the moderators can work around those issues, they are not show-stoppers. The only nuisance is that we loose the records of prior sales. Anybody recall any other issues?
