Can anyone suggest a good long lasting resetter for this printer? The one I purchased from PC never worked. Unfortunately, I found out too late as I purchased it a long time ago (never used the resetter) and when I needed it, it didn't work. I changed the batteries and no go.

    Thanks...Al

That was the first thing I did and he suggested what I had already did - change the battery. I purchased it awhile ago and did not expect any warranty help, but gun shy about purchasing another one from PC now. Just don't feel warm and fuzzy about the unit now. I don't if it went bad because it sat for a long time and was never used.

    Thanks...Al

I’d change the batteries and try again, the printer may not except the cartridges if the firmware was updated but that can’t happen to a resetter, it should still work...

I already used multiple batteries (even check to make sure the voltage were correct) and no firmware update. The unit doesn't light up or nothing as it states in the instructions. It's dead.
