Looks like I have an electrical problem going by this nozzle check a, problems with the PC & PM. Are there any things to try or has it had it? I cleaned all the contacts with isopropyl but no change in the printout.
Hope you are all staying well:)

It does not look good. If you have cleaned the contacts, try again with a pencil eraser. Else, your print head is probably "toast".

Have you been utilizing "quite" or "night" mode in the driver? That can potentially reduce thermal duty on the print head.

Hi Rodbam, sorry to hear the old girl is not playing ball properly, the head looks like it has an electrical issue, but all’s not lost just yet, try using two new different carts in the P-cyan and P-magenta positions.

P.S. shake the shite out of the carts before installing..

This is the typical end of 9500 printheads.
I never was able to revive one by changing carts but it is worth a try.
You still can use the head/printer for B&W, gloss overprint.

Get a PRO-10 if still possible, the head seem to last much longer and there are indications the PRO-300 uses the same.

Thanks turbguy, The Hat & palombian:) No turb I haven't used the quiet or night modes. Good to know I can use it for B&W at least. I will try a new cart & see if a miracle is in my future:)
Thanks mates.
