Hello. I a Renee, and completely new to printers. This my first one ever,it's a hand me down so thats working against it too. I replaced all my ink, printed a picture and it came out super light. So I ran the cleaning and deep cleaning then printed the check nozzle patterns for both. And my colors are coming out super light still. Any help would be so greatly appreciated. Please and thank you!
