After almost a month of printing I have a banding issue accompanied with uneven coloration. Have done nozzle checks, print head alignment (auto), cleaning and deep cleaning. Have left printer powered off for a couple days and even replaced a couple ink cartridges that were low. I printed from CRAW dgn without significant post processing.

Have done nozzle checks, print head alignment (auto), cleaning and deep cleaning.
Sometimes this can happen, usually from not printing too often, you could try using the highest quality setting and that should eliminated the issue completely, question are you still using OEM inks or are you refilling yet.

The best head alignment is the manual one, because you have the final say in it, and try to keep deep head cleans to a minimum (1 a day) repeated use is bad for the print head, O’ and processing has nothing to do how the printer outputs..
