I'm using canon S600 for about 3 years, the printhead is about 2 years. several days ago I had a printing problem after cleaning the printhead manually (with destilated water like I ususually did) . the printer start printing normally, but after printing for about half paper, the printhead become moving very very slow. the printhead always move like this,
move left to print and back to the right and stop for about a second then move left to print and back to the right and stop for about a second.
after waiting for about a minute, I decided to stop printing.
then I open the cover. the printhead didn't want to move to the left. The light indicator blinking continuously.
then I unpluged the power cord and wait for several minutes, and pluged the power cord again and turn the printer on. I open the cover, this time the printhead move to the left. I remove the printhead and discover that plastic wire below the printhead connector and the printhead nozzle was very hot.

Does anyone knows how to fix this problem?
does this means the printer is damage or just the printhead is damage?

thanks
quiks
