Need a printer rec

Hello all, I am wondering if I can have a printer recommendation for my workplace. Here is what I need:

- Prints in Black and White & Color
- Reasonable cost per page (we print a lot!)
- At least 10 pages per minute
- Preferably multifunction but not necessary (must have duplex scanning if multifunction)
- Budget 1k+
- Able to print 11x17 (B size)
- We are an engineering company, so we have to print engineering drawings that have fine and precise lines, small fonts + lines
- We also print product renderings, which include high-quality color and photorealistic renderings
- Must not run out of ink/laser toner more than once per quarter, ideally once per year

Stick with what you know.. Brother printers.. otherwise your pissing up a rope with such an extensive shopping list.. That printer doesn’t exist..
