IX6850 Help

Hi guys,

Im new here came here for some help and advice

I've had a IX6850 for about 3 months. its been running fine no issues what so ever until last week when everything i print has slight shade differences in the ink, so it looks almost like theres lines running through the documents.

Ive done a head clean and a deep head clean and also changed the ink but with no luck :/

I have also tried different styles of paper.

Hi Ash and welcome, it would be hard to give you a good answer straight away and build up your hopes without see the problem first hand.

But first don’t do any further printing on your machine till you can resolve this issue other than nozzle check prints.

Can you print out a nozzle check and uploaded on here so we can see the extent of your problem and then we can hopefully make a better assessment and new suggestions for you..
