Is this an original Canon cartridge?

I ordered and received a cartridge I believed to be an original Canon PGI-250BK/XL cartridge from an Ebay seller. No original card board packaging - just a cellophane sleeve unopened. The printing on the actual cartridge seems OK accept the word "Canon" is not there. Instead the word "Push" is printed in that space. Is this a "compatable" cart or a real Canon cart?

@ressell, That is hard to tell without seeing the carts first, post a photo please...
My money is on the compatible...

Not OEM Canon. It is a compatible.

Stratman was quicker than I but here are scans of an original Canon PGI-550 cartridge. It is the same cartridge as the PGI-250 XL cartridge but for use in Europe and only standard capacity in stead of XL.

Notice Canon logo on top and sides of the cartridge and notice the thin brown phenolic paper chip on the underside of the cartridge.

Also notice that Canon OEM cartridges of this family are opaque and most or all compatible cartridges are transparent and the chips on compatible cartridges are made on red or green epoxy/fibre glass circuit board material.
