Hi all,
I am considering buying the Canon Pro 200 for A3+ format (and it uses CLI -65 cartridges) even though the printer is of an old model. The thing is, I want separate tanks for each color. (Got Pixma 8750 but have quit.) My question is - is there a third party replacement for CLI-65 cartridges or are there other Canon cartridges that can fit?

The Canon CLl-65 carts are useless for refilling, so if you go the refilling route then you’ll need to choose the Canon CLl-8 or Canon CLl-42 cart and swap over the chips to make them work.

But choose wisely because you can’t reset any chips from the Canon 200 printer, and you’ll have to disable the ink monitoring to get any of the other carts to work, it’s not an ideal way to print but it’s the only way...

Another way is to find a Canon Pro 100 printer second hand and use that instead, and you’ll have the freedom to choose whatever ink you wish and be able to reset the carts chip.. The Canon 200 is not good for refilling..
