IP4000 Black text Printing Problems

Hi, I just got the ip4000, and this is a awsome printer for pictures, but I'm
having one small problem with text only, it prints fine, but it takes a long
time for the ink to dry, If I leave the default settings for the printer the next
page will get ink on it, and smear the previous page, I know I can adjust the
printing speed, but it is just too slow, I've also tried diferrent paper with no
diferrence, does any one else have this problem,, and have a resolution,
thanks. Or could there be something wrong with this printer??

The black text only printing will use the Pigment based black ink of the IP4000. Try using plain paper, as it is designed for black and line art printing.
