Hi, I'm new to this while looking for some knowledge, and my first big question is, is anyone aware of the existence of the service-repair manual for this printer? Because seeing what I've seen, I have my doubts that something like this exists, thank you

Are you talking about the HP issued manual that comes with the printer? I've found several sources for it, including on HP's website:

If you're looking to repair it, what is the issue you're having? A lot of solutions can be found on YouTube as well. That's where I found my solutions before finding out about this website. The 8500 and 8500A are very similar to the well documented 8600 printer.
