Greetings;
My 1320 printer will not print in duplex mode. The paper tray is adjusted correctly, the paper size selector in the back door is pushed in for letter size (pulling it out made no change), the duplex solenoid has been re-padded and appears to be changing gear rotation correctly, settings are correct in Windows 7 as far as I know. I see no evidence of any paper scraps in the duplex tray when I drop it down to peer inside with a flashlight.
When I request that it print a duplex job, it correctly prints the back size, pulls the paper back in to the duplex tray, but that's where it stops; the paper does not come back around for the second print. Instead the job stalls with the paper sticking out about an inch from the back of the tray, and the back door must be opened so the paper can be pulled out.
Any ideas?
