NOTE: Due to issues with spam, brand new members to the community will not be able to post pictures. Once you've interacted with the community a bit (posting legitimate replies, topics, etc.) then our system will automatically validate you and allow you to start posting images. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

To post a new thread:
1) Click on the Index link at the top left of any forum page.
2) Click on whichever forum you want to start your thread on.
3) Click on the "Post new topic" off to the right near the top.
4) Type in a Subject that will help others know what you are asking about. Be as specific as possible.
5) Type in your message. Try to provide as many details about your problem, such as, your printer, what type of cartridges you use, what type of ink if you refill and how you refill, what you have done in the past to solve your problem, etc.
6) Read over your message before you Submit it to make sure there are no typos and that it makes sense to someone who is reading it for the first time.

You can always go back and edit your posts at any time in case you find typos.

I know it is rather scary the first time you post but rest assured, everyone wants to help, so you are in good hands.

NOTE: It is always helpful to scan and upload an image of your nozzle check. You can do this using the Upload link near the top of the page but you would want to do this before you start your new topic. Please note that due to an increase in the number of spammers, we require that new users wait a day before they can upload images so if it doesn't work for you, try again the next day.
