I purchased an electronic collar for my little dog 3 weeks ago and the little Fecker went and broke the locking clasp, I was going to print something to repair the original clasp but decide to go all out and reproduce a new one.

After a bit of Frigging around with the design for a while, I printed off a test piece in yellow and it was as near to the original as be dammed so I just added a piece to the top for fixing the strap to it and he is now wearing it, the clasp works perfectly. I sometimes amaze myself..

It’s just great to have a 3D printer….

Great work @The Hat but print a spare as no doubt he will take revenge on the new one :)

I didn’t and yes he did, I left the collar off to take him for his walk and forgot to pick it up when I got back, and of course he got to it first and chewed the same part again.

I printed a second part and now, I’m more careful to hang it up so he can’t get to it, becauce that’s all I seem to do lately, Re-Print parts, especially light fittings..:th

P.S. I am enjoying all that Dennis can throw at us right now.. but he can’t get my light this time …

Awesome work! Its always handy to have a 3d printer. If youre creative enough, you can print almost anything. This is why Im upgrading my 3d printer so I can try out bigger projects. If youre looking to upgrade your 3d printer, you should check out this website.
