help required reading and resetting chip for ink cartridge

Hi

I am looking to recycle a specifiic ink cartridge which is chipped.

I am trying to contact someone who has the expertise to develop a reader/resetter. The cartridge is quite well protected - I believe with a passcode.

Any information will be gratefully received.
