I have Canon printer LBP623Cdw and i want to refill it with powder ink Only the black color

so it was telling me that the balck color is need to be changed and is not more printing in this color

I brought powder ink that is only the black one and filled all the cartridges almost and when i settled down in the printer and i pressed the printer to the status of filling, i got the same thing, the black color is still zero despite I filled it completely. It can printe in that color but still giving me warning that the black color is finished. I don’t know what’s wrong?

You need to reset the cartridge. I am assuming there is a chip in it that needs reset. I only ever bought Brother Laser printers as they had mechanical resets and were easy to do. You need to run a search about resetting the catridges. When buying any printer you really need to consider ink/toner charges and how easy they will be to reset before you buy.

It will be dependent on the printer. You need to do some research on this. Some you replace the chip, some a machine resets the chip and others you can code them. As I wrote previously, you need to carefully consider how difficult and expensive refilling will be, before you buy the printer
