Own an Artisan 837 (which I may need to start another thread on WIC resetting it...heh)

Just purchased a WF7710.

Utilize CISS with both through InkxPro in Great Neck, NY next to my Alma Mater, KP.

I am grateful this site exists. I have been reading the FAQs etc and skimming threads prior to actually making any more posts. Clearly a lot of the printer issues that I have been through are very fixable, wish I had known about this site earlier.
