Hello i have a problem with a xp-960. It can print on standard and draft quality on plain paper, from the bottom tray and... That's it. Any other settings/paper/paper source cause a paper jam (the paper is loaded halfway through the printing aera and then pulled back. When i hit "cancel" the paper goes through the ejection tray)

I don't come empty handed.
- I tried to downgrade the firmware (and upgrade it again)
- I tried several calibrations through the epson's adjustement program (like PF heat protection and calibrating light sensors)
- I cleaned everything i could
- i tried to disconnect the light sensor that is directly above the paper when it enters the printing aera. (No more jam ! But "no paper" message instead.)

My next steps are to find out a way to edit the eeprom so the printer thinks it only have a few hundred of print instead of 5500 (to try on any planned obsolescence) and change the motherboard (if i don't need to tears appart the whole printer. On the xp-15000 it seems pretty easy)

I'm taking any suggestions but slapping the back of the duplexer. It didnt worked :')

Thanks

Up. Update : i changed the logic board. It's related to the PE/PW sensor but i'm not sure where they are
