Hello.
I recently bought Epson WF-7210 and installed InkSystem CISS (continuous ink system for Epson). But it says cartridge not recognized after printer switch off.
Main Firmware: SA29H8
Network Firmware: 0B.3A
Firmware: 0B.3A.SA29H8
Printer usually says it has a new firmware - go to Settings and Update.
But I don't do it bacause CISS seller said ChipReseter may not work after firmware update.
I do understand the problem is in the chip that used with CISS.
Found the one at aliexpress:
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/UP-...le-for-epson-WF-7110-WF-7610/32920468372.html
Asked seller about it and he answered:
New chips works for WF-7710 WF-7210 WF-7715 new model printer.
Please tell who has the same problem?
The local seller of CISS says it is normal for this printer model.
I fond of electronics on some middle level.
Recently have bought logic level signal analyzer.
So who knows... possibly I will need to hack the chip.
And yes, it has the battery and it has 3.0 Volts both on battery and on PCB pins.
