Epson Stylus SX438W cyan color is missing

My Epson Stylus SX438W is not printing cyan color sometime, after cleaning it works but if i turn of printer its stop working , i have to clean head again . I am using refillable damper cartridge with dye ink .
Try Windex on paper towel , after cleaning with Windex it print perfectly until printer turn off .
