Further to my earlier thread regarding the "Error 150c" massage on the LCD on my 3880 Pro.
This thread had been closed due to Spammer problems.
This error message showed up almost every time I started the 3880 thus blocking the printer.
Just by many many times restarting the 3880 I could still use it.
When looking on internet for this 150c problem, I did run in to a message (2013) which offered the solution:
1) turn off the printer, and then turn it back on.
2) unplug the power cord from the outlet as soon as the print head starts to move.
When the print head doesn't move, which happened in my situation regularly, restart again.
3) Now move the printhead further to the left, then almost completely to the right, then to the left again and keep it sitting there.
4) Plug the power cord in the outlet.
5) Turn the printer on.
The 150c message should no longer show up and the printer should now operate without a problem.
