Epson ET-7750 Can I print without using the Photo Black

Print a lot of draft copies and would like to print and not waste my photo black on my cheap copies, I cannot find any information on a way to print without using the photo black. Tech support doesn't seem to know or really want to help me with the situation.

Why would you do that - are you running out of the photo black ink ?
You can test other driver settings - selecting another paper type like matte or inkjet paper or velvet which may print with the pigment black only but most likely slower

For Epson EcoTank printers I think if you select plain paper and Black/Grayscale it only uses the main black ink, not the photo black nor any colored inks.
