Its an equivalent cartridge not an original ,however I experienced no problem with 2 previous cartridges of the same make.
I know it has ink i can hear it slosh when i shake it.
I tried turning of the status monitor but no difference.
It's firmly pushed in place but printer throws up empty ink dialogue when i try to print, then walks me through recharge procedure
but nothing changes after doing so.
