Hello to you all! after tried everything with flushing/ cleaning/ my printhead qy6-0075 and getting the same big B200 error... I just decided to ASK you about anything else left.....

For instance, if you could help me with the Pinout of this Printhead... and eventually show me which pins I could cover up with tape... for at least my scanner to work, or maybe the only Black would work on paper....

Thank you! :)

The QY6-0067 print head or its replacement type QY6-0075 was used in more printers than the MX850. They were also used in iP4500, iP5300 and MP610. There is an extended service manual for the iP5300 found here, The manual is in 3 parts with a technical reference and an appendix added. See part 3 Appendix, Paragraph 2-2. Carriage Board (Print Head Connector) for a table with the pinout.

Thank you for your reply. I have got the Manual by your link! :) But now, actually I have no knowledge what pins do I have to cover in order to start the system to `ignore` the Error, and let at least the Scanner working.
Or, maybe the Black print working...

Please help me about this.

The post linked to by The Hat shows which contacts should be taped for the print heads QY6-0080, QY6-0072 and QY6-0073.

The MP640 uses the QY6-0072 print head, and a zip archive with extended service manuals for the MP640 and MP830 can be found here. In the technical reference in the MP640 manual see page 23/28 for the pinout for the print head carriage. With this list you can find out which contact pads should be taped on the QY6-72 printhead and use the other list to find these contact pads on the QY6-0075 print head. Notice that the carriage layout and the printhead contact layout are mirrored.

Thanks a lot! :)
After some Search, I have found this post https://www.printerknowledge.com/threads/canon-mg5350-not-printing.9390/
and that was o great help too. Post #8. In my case I could cover up the pins 45, 44 and 9, 8, 7 ((((( so, now there is no Error B200 showing up, the Scanner is Working, and the B&W printing only. And that is enough for me now. :)

I would like to ask if is possible to recover my second 9500 that has the b200 error with a procedure like that. At least for print in black only.

Thanks
