have an i850 for about 2 years (dont print too much) but started getting some banding.
did routine cleaning to no avail.
soaked in warm distilled water and some windex
blew it out with compressed air.
look like it was in good shape.
installed head and tanks.
power up and power went off in about 2 seconds
tried several times same thing.
removed head and tanks and powered on and head holding mechanism
went to park position and power stayed on.
did the head get fried somehow or wet ?
anyone have any ideas?
