Canon g1020 vs Epson L130

I'm looking to buy a printer. I plan on printing textbooks for my use so it will be 500 pages a month. I will need both color and black printouts. With these in mind I have selected the Canon g1020 and Epson L130. Which one is better?

The G1020 comes with a user replaceable waste ink box - the L130 does not, and I would expect the G1020 to run faster than the Epson, that is already quite an old design
