I have a set of refillable Cartridges for a Brother MFC-J4700W that have worked without issue, chips reset automatically when i refill them.
yesterday the black indicated low. refilled , replaced, pressed "1" to indicate that the cart had been replaced and got the Cannot detect error. Tried several times no luck.
Tested other colors, now they all do the same thing.
I have contacted the seller to see if these have a finite amount of resets ( which has been may 6 times over the last 18 months) with no response.
I wonder if this could be a driver issue that i can resolve ( windows 7 ) or if there is anything else i can do before i but a new set.
