Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me with a problem I am having with my brother printer. As the title suggests whenever I print something that uses magenta I get a stripe all the way down one side of the page, the stripe is not quite white in colour but more of a really light blue, almost grey.
I bought a new magenta toner cartridge and drum unit but the problem is still there so I have switched back to the old ones for now.
I have also tried cleaning the glass windows on the ceiling of the printer housing but that doesn’t seem to help either.
I have attached an image of a magenta printout to highlight the issue.
Does anyone know of any troubleshooting steps I can try to see if I can find the problem, any help would be much appreciated.
