Brother Hl-1450 alarm and data lights are lit up.

Hello Dear Technicians.
There is a Brother hl-1450 printer and always its alarm and data lights are on. please give me a guidance and tell me how to reset it.

This is a most unusual problem because the alarm and date LED lights normally blink to indicate that an error has occurred in the printer.

You could try unplugging the printer from the power, then removing the toner cartridge and drum, close up the front panel and power on again to see if the same sequence of alarm LED light occur.

If not then try inserting just the drum and checks the printer status once more, then finally inset the toner cartridge and than wait for a reaction from the LED lights, it a matter of trail and error, please report back your findings..
