Hi,

I had issues with my Canon Pixma IX6850 printhead. I tried cleaning it multiple times and it still appeared clogged, then I decided to change the printhead with an original brand new printhead from Canon. When I installed the brand new printhead, I got similar clogged issues on the nozzle check. Only the blue and black were fixed, but the magenta still has problems. I have changed the ink too, but it didn't improve.

With the new printhead I tried cleaning, deep cleaning, printhead alignment (auto and manual).

Do you have any ideas why this still happens?

Could you please upload the whole nozzle check and not just that middle (?) magenta?

Ink flow problems could be caused both by the printhead and the cartridges, so where did you buy the printhead and what kind of cartridges do you use?

I don’t suppose your refilling your own carts ?... The issue is most likely cart related..
P.S. Please don’t use the Deep clean method more than twice in one hour..
