I believe that the five orange lights blinking represent a printhead or printhead contact error/failure. Try removing the printhead and cleaning the copper foil contacts, using isopropyl alcohol, on the back of the printhead. While you are at it, visually inspect the contact pins on the printhead carriage after you remove the printhead. If any dirt, residue or debris is noticed, clean the contact pins as well. Then carefully reseat the printhead into the printhead carriage and close the locking lever. You may need to reseat the printhead more than once. Good luck.
