    Welcome to the forum, Dinhook.

Most likely the print head is irreparably damaged from overheated nozzles. See the following link with special emphasis on posts #3 and #4: https://www.printerknowledge.com/th...dlines-letters-and-barcodes-misaligned.10991/

Were you using third party, non-OEM ink or ink cartridges?

If the printer is still under warranty then contact Canon technical support. If sending the printer to Canon for repair then it must have OEM Canon cartridges installed or they will most likely deny warranty service.

Hopefully advice from this site may rectify the defect. Seeing that the nozzle check shows around 1,900 printed sheets unlikely it is a month old retail purchase, so very little chance of a warranty solution.

If you do not have any recourse against the seller it could be an expensive lesson.

    Thank you guys.

I´m using third party cartridges, after finished the new ones.
I have this printer about 6 years, but it stayed in the box while using another exactly the same. I opened this printer shortly. So, no more warranty.
Strangely, the printer works perfectly on disk printing.

The dye ink portions of the nozzle check you posted appear good as far as I can tell. It is the pigment black nozzles that are damaged. So, printing images and disks that use only the dye-based inks exclusively - and none of the pigment black - should be OK.

If this is true, then you can bypass the use of pigment black used for text by selecting a photo paper setting in Media Type. The forum has long suggested using Matte Photo Paper (instead of Plain Paper) to print text using only the dye-based inks. This will take a bit longer to print and not be waterproof like pigment black.
