ADF on MX850 is misfeeding paper

When the paper gets about half way in it shifts to the side. How can I fix this?

I suppose you checked behind the little doors there are no pieces of paper left.

If so, realise that this printer is 8 years old and decide for a replacement as already answered in detail on previous threads launched by you.

Yeah, I have looked but I don't see anything blocking the feed. Is there any kind of cleaning or anything that I can do?

Could it be a roller that needs cleaning or a sprocket that's misbehaving?

Was it @PeterBJ who used some reconditioning fluid on the rubber rollers to make them grippy again?
