I live in Canada and I must buy a chip resetter and an ink refill of the main black tank (I think PGI-5BK?) for my canon pixma ip4500.

I am open to buying from either Canada or US websites or eBAY. I want to buy the best quality product at the best price. But if it comes to a conflict between quality and price, then I will opt for top quality since I use this printer for academic papers and hence its performance must remain ideal.

Can you please advise me about/provide links to my best options for doing the aforementioned.

Thank you.

If you live in Canada, you can buy ink form Mikling, one of member here. I just bough pigment ink for my PGI-5Bk from him and i very like it. It doesn't show flow problem as i got with Formulab ink. His ink is Image-specialists that you can't find nowhere with the price he's offer. Yes, it's one of the best quality ink
Here his store: http://home.eol.ca/~mikling/ or on Ebay: http://stores.shop.ebay.ca/PrecisionColors__W0QQ_armrsZ1
Chip resetter you can buy on ebay, it very cheap now.
