Just a thought Neil.. It's great info n'all but a few points..

1. MIS ink is not actually MIS produced.. it's made by Image Specialists and resold by MIS.. MIS have kept this info very close to their chests but it was uncovered not too long ago on here and easily verifiable.

2. This is very much an opinion but I simply can't read your website.. White on black is difficult to concentrate on and next to impossible to print off and read that way. If the info was bite sized it'd be easy enough but long articles are the sort that almost everyone would print off and digest with a cuppa.. Ironic I know as this is a print forum ;)

Just my 2 penneth but for all that the info is very useful.. so, much appreciated.. :)

Neil - I clicked on the link from your post above and got only the older info with MIS, Inkgrabber, and OEM inks. Is there a new link for the 11 ink shootout? Websnail's post brings up an issue I dealt with when I first read your ink and paper info about a year and a half ago (I was the person that sent you the info about the Costco paper when it first became available.) Is it possible to have a printable version like many web sites have? Possibly a button that says "print"? I don't know how complicated this might be to set up. I did a cut and paste of that info when I first saw it so I could set up a file of aftermarket ink info.

I can't figure how to post a new subject.

I want to know how to clean this blasted ink off of my hands.

Thanks

clorox. Better yet, wear inexpensive latex medical exam gloves.

Alternative: use a 10 % solution of sodium benzoate in distilled water. Put a dash on your hands and rub it until the stains are gone. The good news is that sodium benzoate is non-toxic, doesn't bleach your clothes and can be actually consumed without any harm, as it is used as a food preservatives in sauces and as an expectorant in cough syrups.
