If your printer is not in the need of a reset I suggest to not experiment with the service tools for now. When you get a warning that the absorber is getting full then is the time to try the service tool as the printer will be locked and useless when the absorber counter...

Mystery not solved BUT PRINTER IS FIXED!
Today I removed all the old previously refilled carts from my MX922. They were a mix of carts from Precision Colors, Amazon, Refilled OEM carts etc.
I put in a new set of carts. They were empty carts from Precision Colors with their ink too.

The carts are all lighted not flashing.. Only flashing light is orange triangle on far right of front panel.
Are there any flashing lights? If so, count the number for each color and note the pattern of repeating flashes and then post your findings.
