Yup, but those "PGBK only maskings" are to deal with B200 errors, or to preventive disable all dye based inks (including "narrow black" ink tank). Ł.

According to my experience, only a definitely never reseted OEM chip will show low ink warning correctly. But it still does not mean, that ink is flowing inside printhead nozzles. Ł.

And without getting Error 5C20? Maybe it is easier to replace entire print engine (without motherboard and it's metal plate) - fits from iP4840 and iP4940 (MG5240, MX884 and MX894). Ł.
